"Got the tickets without any hassle…"
Got the tickets without any hassle, so that part was totally fine. Snacks were way too expensive though, kind of ridiculous.

I was expecting a long wait based on what I was told, so I felt a bit misled when I got there. The line actually moved quickly, and the staff did a good job keeping things organized.

"Actually Good Snacks"
I went to malco last weekend and, i wasn’t expecting much from the concessions, but they were better than I thought they’d be. The popcorn was hot and actually tasted fresh, not like it had been sitting there forever, which is kind of rare in my experience. The drink area looked clean enough, and the candy options were decent. The prices were still typical movie theater prices, so I can’t exactly call it a great deal, but at least the quality was there. The staff kept the line moving too, which helped. I don’t really have anything bad to say.

"Reliable Showtimes"
I like that the showtimes are always there when I check. I’m usually careful about making plans ahead of time, so it’s reassuring not having to worry about missing details or showing up at the wrong time

"Really helpful accessibility support at the theater"
The staff were super helpful with getting the captions set up, and it made the whole movie night so much easier. I really appreciated how quick and friendly they were about it.

"Helpful for finding the better screens"
I like that Malco makes it easy to see which movies are playing in special formats. If I’m choosing between like 2 or 3 showtimes, it helps me pick the better screen without digging around too much. Not every theater has all the options, though, so I still end up checking a couple locations sometimes. Overall, it’s a useful feature.

"Surprisingly chill for a busy night??"
I went on a busy night and thought it might be chaotic, but the crowd was super chill. Nobody was talking loudly during the movie, and the staff seemed to have everything under control. I was expecting it to be way more annoying?? ended up being a really easy, enjoyable night.

"I’ve ordered from malco a few…"
I’ve ordered from Malco Theatres a few times now, i blame their staff for making me expect this kind of service from everyone. Every time I’ve needed help, they’ve been genuinely nice and answered my questions without making me feel like I was being annoying. I did have one small issue with an order, but the person helping me was patient and got it fixed quickly. Overall, it’s just been an easy, pleasant experience.

"The rewards just don’t feel that useful anymore"
I still like going to Malco Theatres, but I’m a little cautious about acting like the rewards program is some big deal because, it doesn’t feel like it saves me much. It takes forever to earn anything, and the perks are easy to forget about. I’ll check my points sometimes and realize there’s still not much I can actually use. For me, if I’m going to keep giving a place my business, I’d rather see quicker discounts or maybe a free snack once in a while. As it is, I don’t really count on the rewards for anything

"Super Clean Theater :)"
Went to malco last weekend i was impressed. The place was really clean, no sticky floors, the seats looked like they’d actually been wiped down, and even the bathrooms were decent, which is kind of rare for a movie theater lol. You can definitely tell the staff stays on top of things. It made the whole movie experience way more enjoyable! :)

"Pretty good movie mix most weeks"
I usually like the selection at malco. It’s not just all the big action movies, they’ll have family stuff, horror, and sometimes a smaller movie I wasn’t expecting to see there. My only thing is I wish they’d keep some films around a little longer, cause a few disappear before I get a chance to go.

The movie itself was totally fine, no real complaints there. But the ticket prices at malco lately? Absolutely, without a doubt, way too high. I used to go often, but at this point it’s basically impossible to justify going all the time anymore.

We went for a movie night and I felt comfortable the whole time, security was easy to spot and the staff were checking on things here and there without making it weird or being rude, and even the parking lot felt fine when we left, the only thing I’d say is the exits could be marked a little better because we had to look around for a second.

"Wish I Hadn’t Worried About Parking"
We went to malco last weekend, and I regret stressing about the parking beforehand. It was super easy to find a spot, and we didn’t have to walk far at all, which makes a big difference when you’ve got kids with you. The location is really convenient too, with food nearby and an easy in-and-out setup. I wish more movie trips were this simple.

"Refund was surprisingly easy"
I had to cancel my tickets and wasn’t sure how the refund process was going to go. Support got back to me quickly, checked my order, and handled everything without turning it into some unnecessary headache. The money showed up a few days later. Definitely a better experience than I expected, so 5 stars from me.
